Growth Hacker / Social Media Marketer

We are looking for a Growth Hacker who can take full ownership our paid digital acquisition funnels and wants to make human and animal lives better with green health innovations.

What you will do

  • Acquiring new medical and veterinary B2B and B2C customers and leads to our websites, CRM, web shop and events
  • Digital advertising and acquisition marketing via social media platforms and other advertising channels
  • Analysing and optimising our paid acquisition funnels
  • Data driven ad and campaign creation (in collaboration with the marketing team)
  • Analysing our target audiences, and finding the best channels and platforms to reach them with ads and other paid marketing
  • Planning, scheduling and optimising our social media channels and presence with paid and organic campaigns (in collaboration with visual and content experts)
  • Creating referral programs and other virality campaigns to increase organic user acquisition
  • Help sales teams in utilizing digital and social media platforms for lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Create user retention programs for web shop and other platforms

What we are looking for

  • A person with solid experience in analytics, digital user acquisition, data driven campaign optimisation and growth hacking
  • Someone who is familiar with the AAARRR (or similar) funnel and has ideas on how to optimise it for B2C customer acquisition, retention and referral
  • An analytical creator who can combine data with innovative creatives to create growth
  • Good communication and team working skills. All campaigns are created in collaboration with growth, marketing, medical and sales professionals so teamwork is a must!

Considered as a plus

  • A background with digital marketing, growth hacking or user acquisition in SaaS, gaming or similar companies
  • Being able to independently create visual content based on our brand and visual guidelines for social media, ads etc. (photoshop and visual design skills)
  • Experience in CRMs and B2B customer funnels
  • Experience in optimising e-commerce customer acquisition and activation
