With the recent annual general meeting, Dassiet's board has three new members and a new chairman.

Aki Prihti is the new Chairman of the Board. Prihti is a long-time board member of Onbone/Dassiet and has led the company through many changes.

“I’m excited to work with Helena, Jens, Gil and Jimmy to produce the next generation of innovative and disruptive future materials,” Prihti says.

Helena Pettersson

A professional of board room work,  Pettersson has been a board member for VelvetCare, Heart2Save, and Fundrella. A highly experienced leader with an extensive international background in leading FMCG brands within European retail and Health Care markets, Pettersson combines an analytical mindset with extensive P&L experience.

Jens Söderholm

The CEO at financial consultancy Batofin Oy Ab, Jens Söderholm is an extraordinarily experienced asset manager and corporate analyst. Söderholm now brings those skills to Dassiet’s board.

Gil Granot-Mayer

An experienced CEO and executive, Gil Granot-Mayer brings a sixteen-year track record of success in company creation, technology transfer, and early-stage technology development to his role at Dassiet.
